Payment and refunds

This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version applies.

This page explains how MapsReply plans, the trial, automatic renewal and refunds work. The service operator is Ukrainian sole proprietor Мирошниченко Сергій Олексійович.

Plans for Ukraine

• Start – 499 UAH per month: 100 replies, 1 location.
• Business – 999 UAH per month: 300 replies, up to 3 locations.
• Network – 2,499 UAH per month: 1,000 replies, up to 10 locations.
• Extra package – 100 replies for 399 UAH, only by separate order.

Each plan can be paid monthly or in a single payment for 12 months; the terms of annual payment are set out below.

The allowance is shared by your account’s locations. The country of the Google location determines the plan country and the subscription currency; changing the site language does not change this. The amount, billing period and terms of the selected package are shown before you confirm the order.

Google Business Profile is free of charge. You pay for MapsReply features, not for creating or verifying a Google profile or for a search position.

Trial

14 days or 20 replies, whichever comes first. No bank card is required. The trial starts once you connect Google and select your first verified location. Registration does not start it, and selecting a location again does not restart it.

Trial access does not turn into a paid subscription on its own. If you wish to continue with automatic payment, separately choose a package, link a card and agree to the amount, the date of the first payment and the renewal frequency. Without this consent, no charges are made.

If you agree to continue after the trial, the first payment is scheduled for after the initial 14 days end. If the 20 replies are used up earlier, publication is paused until the paid period begins, and the payment is not moved to an earlier date. Verifying or replacing a card does not restart the trial. If the 14 days have already ended, payment may be taken after the card is successfully verified or, if a paid period is still in effect, after that period ends. We show the exact date before you give consent.

What counts as a reply

One confirmed successful publication per review. Editing, technical retries and up to three draft variants are included. If the result of sending is unknown, the reply stays reserved until it is checked and is not counted twice.

Once the allowance is used up, new publications are paused. There are no automatic overage charges. Whether to buy an extra package is your decision. It is valid for 12 months from payment confirmation; unused replies carry over from month to month until that period ends. Publishing requires an active paid subscription. Pausing or cancelling the subscription does not extend the package’s validity. Replies from the current monthly plan allowance are used first, followed by extra packages with the earliest expiry date. When the 12 months end, any unused balance of the package expires.

Monthly renewal

Payment may be processed through monobank or WayForPay. The available methods and the provider are shown at checkout. Before you subscribe, you see the price, frequency and date of the next payment, and you separately agree to recurring charges. Creating an account or connecting Google is not consent to payment.

Renewal takes place every month according to the agreed schedule. This means a calendar month, not a fixed 30 days. A change in the prices on the site does not by itself change the subscription amount you have already agreed. A different price or package requires separate agreement.

Linking a card is not payment for a package. Card verification may involve additional steps under the payment provider’s or bank’s rules; if a verification charge or a temporary hold is involved, its terms must be shown before you confirm. Paid access and the ability to reply to earlier reviews become available only after subscription payment is confirmed.

Annual payment

Annual payment is a single payment for 12 months. It is about 25% less than 12 monthly payments on the same plan:

• Start – 4,490 UAH for 12 months: 100 replies per month, 1 location.
• Business – 8,990 UAH for 12 months: 300 replies per month, up to 3 locations.
• Network – 22,490 UAH for 12 months: 1,000 replies per month, up to 10 locations.

The reply allowance renews every month throughout the paid year. Unused replies from the monthly allowance do not carry over to the next month. An extra package costs 399 UAH for 100 replies and is not discounted with annual payment. The annual-payment discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

The service is intended for businesses. By choosing annual payment, you confirm that you are ordering the service for your business activities and ask us to start providing it immediately after payment is confirmed. Before paying, you see the amount, the term and the date of the next charge, and you separately agree to annual renewal. We also send these terms to your account email address in the order confirmation.

When the 12 months end, annual payment renews for a further 12 months: the amount stated in the reminder is charged to the linked card. We send a reminder with the amount and the charge date to your account email address 14 days before renewal. If the price for the next year differs from the previous one, the reminder says so separately. To avoid renewing annual payment, cancel automatic renewal in your workspace before the charge date. After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the paid year.

How to cancel your subscription

Cancel automatic renewal in your workspace. This stops future recurring charges; paid access continues until the end of the stated period. If you cannot sign in to your account, email info@mapsreply.com.

Disconnecting Google does not by itself cancel the subscription. Cancelling automatic renewal and refunding a previous payment are also separate actions.

Incorrect payments and refunds

If a payment was duplicated or made in error, or a paid service was not provided, email info@mapsreply.com from your account email address. State the date, amount, payment identifier and reason for your request. Do not send your full card number or CVV.

We respond to your request within 5 working days of receiving enough information to check the payment. If further investigation is needed, we tell you within that period the reason and the expected date of a decision. We consider refunds taking into account the service actually provided, applicable law and bank rules; cancelling a subscription does not by itself mean an automatic refund for a service already provided.

For an agreed refund, we send the instruction to the payment provider within 5 working days of the decision. Crediting to the card follows the banks’ rules and may take longer; we tell you the date the instruction was sent. Mandatory time limits and rights established by law take precedence over these rules.

Refunds for annual payment

Annual payment is a discounted prepayment for the whole year. Once provision of the service has begun, it is non-refundable, including if you cancel automatic renewal, disconnect Google, do not use your allowance or stop using the service. The exception is where MapsReply was unable to provide the service through its own fault. In that case, we refund 1/12 of the annual payment for each full month remaining until the end of the paid year.

If you are nevertheless a consumer, that is, you ordered the service as an individual for personal needs unrelated to business activities, the following rules apply. The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply if provision of the service began before that period ended with your express consent, as stated in the order confirmation. After that, you may terminate the contract early by emailing info@mapsreply.com. We then refund the amount paid minus the cost of the months started, charged at your plan’s standard monthly price; each month started counts as a full month. If that cost equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund is made and no additional payment is required. For example, if 4,490 UAH was paid for the Start plan and 3 months have started, we refund 2,993 UAH (4,490 UAH minus three months at 499 UAH). Access and renewal end from the date of termination.

Requests for refunds of annual payment are handled within the time limits set out in the previous section.

Payment security

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page. MapsReply does not store your full card number or CVV. Payment is confirmed on the basis of the payment provider’s data, not just a message in the browser.
