Where to place the invitation

At the till, on a business card or on a receipt: anywhere a person can scan the code in their own time. Test the print and the link with an ordinary phone. Use each location’s own QR code.

Use neutral wording

Tell us what you thought of your visit. Your review helps us look after our customers better.

This is an example invitation, not a request for a particular rating. Give people with positive and negative experiences the same route to a review.

No rewards for ratings

Google prohibits rewards for reviews, changing or deleting a negative rating, and selectively inviting only positive reviews. Do not pressure people or dictate what they should write. Google Maps content policies.

The MapsReply QR studio

Once you have added a location, choose it in the QR studio, adjust the design and download an SVG, PNG or PDF for printing. QR downloads do not count towards your reply allowance, and the free reply tool’s limit does not apply to them.
