How MapsReply works
From a new review to your reply.
Connect your business, set your style and approve drafts wherever it suits you.
1. Connect your business
Create an account and connect your Google Business Profile. Choose the locations you are authorised to manage. At launch, all locations in one account must be in the same country, and that country sets your pricing and currency.
2. Tell us how you talk to customers
Describe your services, preferred tone and rules, and add example replies. Set how you address customers and the language of your replies. The language of a review, the language of your workspace and the country that sets your pricing are separate settings.
3. Check the draft
See new reviews and replies in your workspace or Telegram. Change the wording and approve publication. By default, reviews rated 1-3 stars require approval. You turn automation on separately and choose which ratings it covers.
What the trial includes
14 days or 20 replies, whichever comes first, with no bank card. The clock starts once you have connected and selected your first Google location. The trial covers new reviews only; older reviews are available with a paid subscription, within its allowance.
What counts as one reply
One successfully published reply to one review. Editing, technical retries and up to three draft variants are included. The allowance is shared by the locations in your plan. We let you know when you reach 80% of it.
Collect genuine feedback
Choose your location in the QR studio and download a print-ready design. The QR code leads straight to the Google review form, with no filtering of customers by rating. How to invite reviews properly.
