Cookies help keep you signed in to your account and store your settings and your choices about analytics and advertising. This page explains which categories MapsReply uses and how you can manage them.
Necessary cookies
The session cookie is needed to sign in, use the private workspace and protect forms. It contains a session identifier, not review text, passwords or Google tokens. Necessary technical settings keep the site working and store your choices.
Blocking these cookies in your browser may prevent you from signing in or carrying out protected actions.
Analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand which public pages are visited and how the site is used. Once you give permission, it receives information about page views, scroll events and clicks on public buttons, the referral source, browser, device and cookie identifiers.
Page views by signed-in users, the sign-in and registration pages, the private workspace, the reply generator and the QR code tool are not tracked. Form data is not collected. Google signals and analytics advertising features are turned off.
If you have allowed analytics, MapsReply may also send server-side events for completed registration and confirmed payment. For a purchase, it sends the package code, the plan country, the amount actually paid, the currency, the payment type and a technical transaction identifier. These events are linked to the cookie identifier of an earlier permitted visit. Email address, name, internal account number, bank details and card data are not sent. Clicking a payment button or having an active subscription is not treated as a confirmed sale.
Without analytics permission, these events are not sent to Google. Refusing does not prevent registration or purchase. Repeated notifications about the same payment should not create a new purchase in analytics.
Marketing
Meta Pixel is used to measure advertising results and work with advertising audiences. It loads only after you allow marketing. Consent to analytics alone does not turn on marketing tools.
Review and reply text, data about review authors, Google tokens, and the content of forms and the private workspace are not sent to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
Your choice
Open the cookie settings to accept all categories, reject optional ones or choose analytics and marketing separately. A link to the settings is in the site footer. These tools do not load until you give the relevant permission. Simply continuing to browse the site, creating an account or connecting Google does not count as consent to tracking.
Changing or withdrawing your choice stops further transfer by the relevant tool. This does not by itself delete data the provider has already received. For questions about such data, email info@mapsreply.com.
Duration and browser settings
- Drupal session: a cookie whose name begins with
SESSorSSESSkeeps you signed in and protects forms. The cookie lasts no more than 24 days; an inactive session may end sooner. Signing out of your account ends the corresponding session. mapsreply_cookie_choice: a necessary cookie that records your category choices, valid for 180 days. It contains a random identifier and a security signature, without your email address, review text or Google tokens. Server-side confirmation of the categories, time and version of your choice is kept for up to 180 days without your IP address or account data.mr_locale_choice: a functional cookie for your choice of country and language, valid for 12 months. It is set only when you choose a country yourself on the mapsreply.com page or switch language, and it contains only the code of the chosen site version (for example,ua). It lets the home page open your chosen version instead of the one determined by the visitor’s country. It is not used for analytics or advertising.- Google Analytics: analytics cookies prefixed
_ga, valid for no more than 12 months; set only after you allow analytics. - Meta Pixel:
_fbpand, after a relevant ad click,_fbc, valid for up to 90 days; set only after you allow marketing.
Permission for a category does not mean that all the cookies listed are set. Withdrawing permission stops the relevant tool from loading further; restoring an old choice does not override a more recent refusal. You can view the cookies actually set and delete them in your browser settings. After you delete the session cookie, you need to sign in again; after you delete the choice cookie, optional categories are switched off again until you give new permission.
Third-party services
When you go to Google for authorisation or to monobank or WayForPay to pay, cookies on the third-party page are governed by that provider’s rules. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the free generator from bots.
QR designs contain a direct link to Google. MapsReply does not use its own service to track clicks from a downloaded QR code.
For more on how data is used, see the Privacy policy, Google’s explanation of how it uses data from partner sites and Meta’s cookie policy.
