Your style and rules

Your services, rules, tone and examples guide the draft. You make the final decision in sensitive situations. By default, reviews rated 1-3 stars need approval. Automatic mode requires a separate opt-in and covers the ratings you choose.

Your workspace and Telegram use the same process. Each location has its own business settings, and the reply allowance is shared within your plan. At launch, one account contains locations from one country.
