Example business

I waited a long time for my appointment. I would have appreciated being told about the change in advance.
MapsReply reply

Measured and empathetic, without medical details

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry the wait caused you inconvenience. Please contact our receptionist privately so we can look into what happened.

Reviews that need your attention

Keep the reply focused on service. Do not confirm in public that someone had treatment, and do not mention a diagnosis or treatment plan. For an individual question, offer a private way to contact reception.

What to add to your settings

  • Set a reserved tone and an official way to get in touch.
  • Rule out medical details and comments on a person’s condition in public replies.
  • Check every draft carefully when a review touches on sensitive circumstances.

What a reply could sound like

Illustrative example. This is a fictional situation, not a MapsReply customer story.

I had a long wait for my appointment. It would help if changes to the time were announced in advance.
