We understand how frustrating it is to arrive on time and only learn about the change at reception. Changes should reach people in advance, so we want to find out why this did not happen. Please send the date and time privately so we can find the booking.
Reviews that need your attention
Keep the reply focused on service. Do not confirm in public that the author was a patient, and do not mention a diagnosis, tests, results or a doctor’s advice. Even when a reviewer writes about their own condition, answer only about booking, waiting or how staff behaved, and offer a private way to talk.

- Add a rule: no diagnoses, test results or comments on a person’s condition.
- Check by hand any review about treatment or the outcome of a visit before it is published.
