Massage
Calm about how it felt. Nothing about diagnoses.
Reviews about massage, pressure and atmosphere: thank people for the rest, and handle pain after a session directly, with no medical advice in a comment.
Quiet Room Massage
Example business
I booked an hour of relaxing massage, and in fact it was about forty-five minutes. People were talking loudly behind the wall the whole time.
Calm and polite
Thank you for writing. An hour of relaxing massage should be a full hour, and talking behind the wall makes it hard to relax. Please send us the date and time of your session: we will check the booking and make sure the room stays quiet.
What reviews are about
A massage is judged by how it felt, so reviews are personal: people write how they felt during the session and the next day. These come up most often:
- thanks to a massage therapist for relaxation or relief after a session;
- the pressure was too strong or, the other way round, too light;
- pain or bruises the next day;
- the atmosphere: noise behind the wall, a cold room, the state of the towels;
- the session started later or ended earlier than promised;
- the price, especially for a package of sessions.

What to keep in mind
- Massage is close to health. Do not diagnose, do not explain “why it hurts” and do not suggest medicines or treatments in a public comment. Invite the person to write or call you directly.
- Do not repeat details about the body, weight, injuries or the customer’s condition, even if they mentioned them.
- Tell therapeutic and relaxing massage apart. A therapeutic massage can feel different, but explain that in private rather than proving in public that “this is how it should be”.
- Pressure is a common complaint and easy to fix: say thank you and invite the person to name the pressure they want at the start of the next session.
- Answer inappropriate reviews briefly and with restraint, without continuing the topic.

Thanks for the relaxation, 5 stars
Review
I came to Andrii with a stiff neck after a week at my laptop. An hour of classic massage, and for the first time in ages I slept properly. Quiet, warm, no rush.
Reply
Thank you for sharing! Quiet, warmth and an hour without hurrying are exactly what we do classic massage for. We will pass your words on to Andrii. We will be glad to see you again.
The pressure was too strong, 3 stars
Review
Pleasant overall, but the pressure was stronger than I like, and it felt awkward to say so during the session.
Reply
Thank you for the honest review. The pressure should be comfortable for you, and it is fine to mention it during a session. Next time, name the pressure you like at the start, and we will ask the therapist to check with you in the first minutes.
Bruises after a session, 2 stars
Review
The day after a back massage I had bruises. I do not know if that is normal, but it is unpleasant.
Reply
Thank you for writing. We understand that bruises after a massage are worrying. Please write to us or call: we will talk about your session in private rather than in the comments and decide together what to do next.
By default, reviews rated 1-3 stars wait for your approval. You can edit the draft in your workspace or Telegram. You turn automatic replies on separately and choose which ratings they cover.
What to add to your settings
- List the types of massage, session lengths, your therapists’ names and how to book.
- Add a rule: do not diagnose, suggest medicines or discuss health in comments.
- Add a rule: do not promise a refund, a free session or a discount without your decision.
- Keep manual approval for 1-3 star reviews: those replies are worth reading again.
