Terms of use
If versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version applies.
Version of 4 November 2026.
These Terms govern the use of MapsReply, a service for managing your business’s Google reviews. The operator is Ukrainian sole proprietor Мирошниченко Сергій Олексійович.
How MapsReply works
You connect your Google Business Profile, select locations and set the style of your replies. MapsReply retrieves reviews, prepares drafts with the help of AI and publishes replies once you approve them or under automation rules that you have enabled separately.
MapsReply is an independent service. It is not a Google product and does not claim any official partnership. Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Telegram, monobank and WayForPay provide their own services under their own terms.
Public offer and provision of the service
These Terms are the operator’s public offer to enter into an agreement for the use of MapsReply. You accept the offer by confirming that you agree to these Terms at registration or in your workspace. A paid service is ordered separately, with its amount, period and renewal terms agreed by you.
The service is provided online through the MapsReply workspace and, if you choose, through Telegram. There is no physical delivery. Current plans are intended for business locations in Ukraine. A paid period is activated once our server has confirmed that the payment succeeded; the ability to handle reviews also depends on the Google connection, your rights to the location and the availability of the relevant integration.
Google Business Profile and our subscription
Google Business Profile is free of charge. The MapsReply fee covers review handling, the preparation and approval of replies, and the automation you choose. It is not a Google fee for creating, verifying or maintaining a Business Profile.
You remain the owner of your profile and can manage it directly in Google. Before connecting, read Google’s guidance on working with third-party providers.
Account and authority
The service may be used by an adult business owner or by a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf. Keep your email address up to date, protect access to your account and connect only locations you are entitled to manage. The service is intended for use in business activities.
One account is intended for one owner and that owner’s locations in one country. The country of the first verified Google location you select determines the plan country and the subscription currency. Changing the interface language does not change the plan country.
Drafts, approval and automatic replies
AI helps compose the text but can make mistakes. You set your business rules, check the facts and are responsible for the content of replies published on behalf of your business, both those you approve and those published automatically under a rule you have enabled.
Automatic publication works only after you give separate, explicit permission for a specific location and for the selected ratings. By default, it covers 5-star and 4-star reviews, while reviews rated 1-3 stars wait for your approval. You may turn on automatic publication of replies to 1-3-star reviews only by giving separate permission and at your own responsibility: replies to serious complaints, for example about health or safety, are then also published automatically, and we send you a notification about each such reply. Even then, certain reviews and replies, for example those demanding a refund or involving legal matters, wait for your approval. You tick a box containing the permission text, and we store that text, its version and the time it was given. In this mode, replies are published on behalf of your business without your approval of each one. Connecting Google does not by itself turn on automatic publication. You can turn it off at any time in the location settings: this withdraws the permission for future replies, while replies already published remain on Google.
The automatic preparation of draft replies (sending the review and the business profile to Anthropic or OpenAI, as described in the Privacy policy) is part of the service: you accept it together with these Terms by ticking a single box at registration. You can turn it off in your account settings, in which case no drafts are prepared. It does not replace approval of publication. The workspace and a connected Telegram work with the same drafts and reply statuses.
Trial and plans
The trial lasts 14 days or 20 replies, whichever comes first, and requires no bank card. It starts once you select your first verified Google location and does not restart if you reconnect. A paid subscription is taken out separately.
If you wish, you may separately link a card through an available payment provider and authorise payment for the selected package after the initial 14 days have ended. Verifying a card does not start a new trial. If the 20 replies are used up earlier, the charge date is not brought forward. There is no automatic payment without separate payment consent. For details, see Payment and refunds.
During the trial, MapsReply prepares replies only to reviews posted after the first verified location was connected. Editing an older review does not change this rule. Earlier reviews can be handled once subscription payment has been confirmed, within the subscription’s allowance and connected locations.
Plans for Ukraine: 499 UAH per month for 100 replies and 1 location; 999 UAH for 300 replies and up to 3 locations; 2,499 UAH for 1,000 replies and up to 10 locations. An extra 100 replies cost 399 UAH and are bought only if you decide to buy them.
Each plan can also be paid in a single payment for 12 months: Start: 4,490 UAH, Business: 8,990 UAH, Network: 22,490 UAH. With annual payment, the reply allowance still renews every month (100, 300 or 1,000 replies), and unused replies do not carry over to the next month. Extra packages are not discounted with annual payment, and the annual-payment discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
By choosing annual payment, you confirm that you are ordering the service for your business activities and ask us to start providing it immediately after payment is confirmed. Annual payment renews automatically for a further 12 months at the price stated in the reminder we send 14 days before the charge, unless you cancel renewal in your workspace before that date. Once provision of the service has begun, annual payment is non-refundable, except where the service has not been provided through our fault and except for consumer rights established by law. The renewal and refund procedures are set out in Payment and refunds.
The allowance is shared across the account’s locations. One confirmed successful publication per review is counted; editing, technical retries and up to three draft variants are included. An extra package is valid for 12 months from payment confirmation, with any unused balance retained; using it requires an active paid subscription. Pausing the subscription does not extend the package’s validity. Details of payment, renewal and refunds are set out in Payment and refunds.
Rules of use
You must not connect other people’s profiles without authority, create fake reviews, circumvent Google’s restrictions, impersonate others or publish unlawful or misleading content. Do not add unnecessary sensitive data or secrets to the service.
QR links are intended for genuine reviews: no rewards for ratings and no filtering out of dissatisfied customers. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the material you submit or approve.
Availability and results
The service depends on Google, AI, Telegram, the payment provider and the network. If an action does not complete, check its status in your workspace or contact support. Replies already published remain on Google after MapsReply is disconnected.
MapsReply does not guarantee any increase in ratings, Google Maps positions, number of reviews or sales. The service does not replace the owner’s own check of the text. These Terms do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Data, ending use and requests
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. You may stop using the service, revoke Google access and request deletion of your data under this procedure. Cancelling a subscription is a separate action.
Access may be restricted for a breach of these Terms or in the event of a security threat. Send questions and complaints to info@mapsreply.com. We propose that disputes are first settled through support; this does not limit your right to apply to a court or another competent authority.
Ukrainian law applies, subject to the user’s mandatory rights under applicable law. The current version of these Terms is available on this page; we notify you of material changes through the service or by email. Accepting these Terms does not constitute automatic consent to payment, advertising or the publication of replies.
