Reviews that need your attention
A technician comes into the customer’s home, so the review covers both the work and the visit: whether they arrived on time, tidied up and agreed the price beforehand. Do not mention an address, the client’s name or details of their home, and do not promise a return visit or compensation before the job has been checked. Settle the details in private.

- Say which jobs your technicians do, in which areas and how to place a request.
- Add a rule: never give an address, a client’s name or details of their home.
- Do not quote prices or warranties that are not in your settings.
