Reviews that need your attention
An owner is writing about someone they love, often at a hard moment. Show understanding, but do not name a diagnosis, medicine, dose or cause, and do not judge whether things could have been done differently. If a review is about losing a pet, keep the reply short and kind, with no stock thanks and no invitation to come back.
